Staging with Soul.
The Philadelphia Design Collective was co-founded by Kristin McFeely, a 21-year real estate veteran who knows firsthand how the right interiors can shift not just a space, but a state of mind, especially when it comes to helping potential buyers feel at home.
With backgrounds in interior design, home staging, and real estate sales, PDC brings a unique perspective to every project. Our mission? To craft spaces that tell a story, layered with personality, warmth, and intention. We lean into one-of-a-kind furnishings, thoughtful details, and styling that brings emotional depth to every room. We believe staging isn’t just about making a home look good—it’s about helping buyers imagine a life there. Our style is classic with a twist, timeless with a touch of edge, and always designed with the future homeowner in mind.
our team
Kristin McFeely, principal and designer
Kristin is the creative force behind Philadelphia Design Collective, a designer, storyteller, and real estate expert with an eye for spaces that feel both elevated and deeply livable. With a background in interior design and years of experience staging and selling homes across Philadelphia with her team, the Philadelphia Home Collective at Compass, Kristin blends style, strategy, and intuition to help properties shine. She’s passionate about thoughtful design, historic homes, and creating spaces that feel layered, warm, and intentional. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her hunting for vintage treasures, dreaming up new concepts, or obsessing over the perfect rug.
Brian Magee, lead designer
Brian brings a sharp eye, creative intuition, and a deep understanding of how design translates in real estate. With a talent for space planning, color, and styling, he helps transform houses into homes that feel intentional, inviting, and market-ready. Brian has a knack for balancing beauty with practicality, creating spaces that photograph beautifully while still feeling warm and livable. He’s equal parts artist and problem-solver, and an integral part of our design process.
Kelsey Mccue, design coordinator
Kelsey is the calm, capable voice behind the scenes and often the first person you’ll speak with when working with our team. She keeps everything running smoothly, from scheduling and logistics to client communication and project coordination. Organized, responsive, and endlessly patient, Kelsey makes sure every project stays on track and every client feels taken care of. If you’ve had a seamless experience with us, you can thank Kelsey.
luke direnzo, warehouse manager
Luke is the backbone of our operation. As warehouse manager, he oversees inventory, logistics, installations, and ensures every piece arrives where it’s supposed to, on time and in perfect condition. He keeps our ever-moving collection organized and our staging days running smoothly. Calm under pressure and incredibly reliable, Luke is the guy who makes the magic happen behind the scenes.
Our movers and handlers, The Muscle Behind the Magic
Mike, Patrick, and Scott are our trusted movers and handlers, and are the unsung heroes of Philadelphia Design Collective. They handle every piece with care, from delicate artwork to heavy furniture, and play a huge role in bringing each design to life. Professional, detail-oriented, and endlessly hardworking, they ensure every install and de-install runs smoothly and efficiently. We couldn’t do what we do without them.
